This Terms of Service governs your usage of our sevice. By accessing our platform, you emphasize your agreement with our Terms of Service, outlined within this document.
Our team actively disables workspaces and accounts which violate our Terms of Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or utilising Kyro and it’s associated services, such as in-game tracking, you emphasize your agreement to our Terms of Service. This acceptance of our terms may not be revoked until your account is fully deleted.

Eligiblity

Access to our service is permitted when the all the conditions below are met:
  • Age Limitations: The user must be minimally thirteen years old. If the user is under eighteen, they must have explicit parental consent to use Kyro’s services.
  • Account Registration: The user must have created an account and provided accurate, truthful data throughout the registration process to access the platform.
  • Continued Compliance: The user must continue providing accurate and truthful data when prompted and remain in compliance with our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • Account Restriction: The user must not own an account that is currently deactivated, suspended or deleted. Alternate account usage is prohibited.

Intended Use

Kyro provides tools which enables workspaces to monitor employee activity and performance while adhering to our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We intend for all users to use Kyro for this reason. Other usage reasons are not permitted.

Prohibited Content

When using Kyro, you agree not to;
  • Violate the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines of Roblox, Discord and Kyro itself
  • Submit harmful or misleading content when prompted with an input
  • Engage in harmful, exploitive, malicious or discriminative behaviour
  • Use Kyro for fraudulent, illegal of harmful activities
  • Attempt to exploit, disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform
  • Use any fraudulent, invalid or illegal identification documents or payment sources

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit to Kyro. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it as necessary to provide our services or conduct other service-level activities.

Termination of Access

Kyro reserves the right to deactivate, suspend or permanently delete accounts and workspaces which violate our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. Your right to use Kyro is dependent on your acknowledgement that your right to use Kyro may be revoked at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Kyro is not held responsible for the actions of platform users or workspaces. You retain ownership of content you submit to Kyro, as outlined in our Content Ownership segment. The platform is provided “as is”, and we make no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service.

Amendments

We may update our Terms of Service when we believe it is necessary to do so. Any changes will be posted here, and continued use of Kyro after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. You are responsible for your understanding of this policy.
