Information

All employees (server members who have the staff role) are granted a profile, which is accessible through the /profile command. Former employees also have profiles, however they will have a Former Employee badge attached to it. To add a former employee, run the /set-former command. You can view a list of all former employees using the /list-formers_ _command._ _You must be a workspace administrator to view profiles, which contain information about the employee, and holds the content below.

Details about the employee such as their server nickname, platform usernames, ID, notable timestamps and account status.
When staff memberse visit an experience with Kyro’s tracking software installed, their activity and chats are recorded and sent to Kyro’s servers. Weekly and total minutes can be viewed through the tracking tab.
Session hosts are able to record attendance at each session. These records can be viewed through employee profiles. Specifically, you’re able to see the weekly sessions, which days they attended, and their all-time session count through profiles.
Infraction history is also displayed in an employee profile. Information such as the infraction type, ID, date, time, reason and the responsible user are attached to their profile.
All-time inactivity requests are accessible through staff profiles. Associated information includes the status, reason, dates, length, and the administrator who reviewed the request.
Custom notes and additional information provided by administrators can be viewed through profiles. The employee cannot see notes.
Achievements are system-generated positive comments which showcase an employees dedication, while flags indicate potential issues to administrators. Both achievements and flags can be viewed through profiles.
Some information in profiles can be accessed through other commands. For example, you can view in-game and session activity through the /check command.
