What are forms?
Forms are simple, text-only questionairres which your team can complete. Since they’re simple to use and accessible with a single command, forms are an extremely flexible feature; they’re frequently used for logging punishments, requesting support or even claiming sessions. We designed forms with flexibility and universal use in mind.Managing forms
To create a form, use the /create-form command. This will prompt you to provide a name for your form, as well as providing the channel ID which all responses will be sent to; make sure that you’re happy with your selection, as these cannot be changed in the future. From there, a panel will be displayed, allowing you to add up to 5 questions, which is the Discord limitation. Once you’re happy with your questions, tap on the save button to lock-in your questions; once you’ve saved your work, the form has been created! To ensure forms remain secure, once a form is created, it cannot be edited. It can only be permanently deleted with the /delete-form command.Only workspace administators can manage forms.
Completing forms
With the /form command, you can complete all forms within your server. Simply run the command and choose the form you’d like to complete from the selection menu. A modal will be opened, which allows you to enter your answers to the questions. Once you submit the modal, you will see a confirmation message, and your answers will be sent to the response channel for review. Once done, the workflow ends — Kyro’s done the work, your team can do the rest.We actively review form content for malicious intent. Using forms in a way which violates our Terms of Service will lead to account/workspace suspension.
