Access Keys

When our support team needs to view information about your workspace, an access key is required. You’ll need to collect this one-time key, accessible through the /access-key command, and share it with the team member to enable them to view your workspace information. Running the command again will regenerate the key and disconnect any team member from viewing your workspace details. This new system is designed to maintain workspace privacy and security for our customers.
