When you first run a command with Kyro, you’ll be redirected to our account portal. Through our account portal, you’re able to create an account (if you haven’t already done so), update your details, and delete your account. If you’d like to delete your account, you’ll need to contact our support team if any data is linked to your account. Accounts are important as they enable us to collect important data, such as your username and email, which power most workspace features. For example, we require your Roblox username for activity tracking, and your email for important updates and consensual background checks.
You’re not permitted to use Kyro until you’ve created an account, which emphasises your agreement to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Account Creation

To maximise productivity, our account creation workflow is automated and accessible. In just a few minutes, your account will be fully setup, and you’ll gain access to the whole suite of features we offer, enabling you and your community to thrive. Like any automated system, there is a potential for errors to occur. Should you face difficulties creating an account, please get in touch and we’ll be more than happy to manually verify your account. The system will prompt you to talk to us should it face an error at any point in the process. This system is new, so please let us know if you have any feedback related to it.

Input Details

Run the /account command to open the account portal. From there, select Create Account and input your Roblox username and preferred email.

Verify Roblox Account

We’ll automatically verify that you have ownership of the provided Roblox account with RoVer. If you aren’t verified, you’ll need to verify with RoVer and start the process again. You won’t see anything if your account is in the database.

Verify Email

We’ll send you an email a code. Use the /verify-email command to enter the code and complete your account setup. If you take over 10 minutes, you’ll need to start the process again. Once the code has been submitted, your account will be created, allowing you to use Kyro.

Account Created

Your account will then be created! To update your Roblox username or email, you can use the /account command to update your details. You should adhere to our Terms of Service to maintain your account.

Compliance

Our Trust & Safety team consists of a variety of our team members explicitly trained to handle safety and security concerns. Our team will take swift action against users or workspaces acting with malicious intent or violating our Terms of Service. You can contact our Trust & Safety team via trust@kyrohr.cc for questions, reports and appeals.
As outlined within our Terms of Service, you acknowledge that we reserve the right to deactivate accounts and workspaces which violate our guidelines.
