What are Kyro Accounts?

Before you run a command with Kyro, you’ll be prompted to create your own Kyro Account with the /account command, which opens our Account Portal. Here, you can create an account (if you haven’t already done so), update your account details if you have an existing account, or delete your account. Kyro Accounts are important to ensure that we have a record of everyone using our service. Additionally, this ensures that we are able to disable accounts that don’t comply with our Terms of Service.
Your details are stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We don’t share your information.

Account Setup Process

To ensure all accounts are secured and verfiied, we have an automated account setup process which you’ll be guided through when you create your account. The steps have been provided below.

Input Details

Run the /account command and input your Roblox username and preferred email.

Verify Roblox Account

We’ll automatically verify your Roblox account with RoVer. If you aren’t verified, you’ll need to verify with RoVer and start the process again. You won’t see anything if your account is verified - it’s that quick.

Verify Email

We’ll send you an email with a code. Use the /verify-email command to enter the code and complete your account setup. If you take over 10 minutes, you’ll need to start the process again.

Account Created

Your account will then be created! Adhere to our Terms of Service to maintain your account.

Compliance

Our Trust & Safety Team consists of a variety of our team members explicitly trained to handle safety concerns. Our team will take swift action against users or workspaces which act with a malicious intent, or violate our Terms of Service. You can contact our Trust & Safety team via trust@kyrohr.cc for questions, reports and appeals.
Our team actively disables workspaces and accounts which violates our Terms of Service.
